Eden Chubb recently graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Electronic Media and the Arts. She wrote her undergrad thesis about pirates and comic books, which was just as much fun as it sounds. She currently resides in the Boston area.

Eden's artistic style ranges from cartoonish to photorealistic, with deviations into what people tell her is impressionism. Lately she had begun experimenting with a more simplistic comic book style. The stylistic differences between her pieces often confuse people, but it's difficult to learn one style of art without overlapping into another. The knowledge gained through life-drawing can be broken down and subtly incorporated into cartoons; and the loose, expressive gestures of cartoons can be translated into dynamic realism. Eden feels comfortable working in pencil, ink, pastel, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
